Although I have been selling my work privately for many years, I have yet to experience a solo exhibition.
It is definitely a goal for the future due to the time it takes to make just one piece.
I am a fibre artist, quietly working from my private home studio reflecting the things I see on my walks around the Minnamurra River where I live.
The call to create is ever present. I stitch, pin prick and colour the fragile Japanese paper that showcases my perception of the natural world around me.
I often hold workshops teaching the techniques of modern embroidery into various mediums.
