Woodcarving is an Art, carried out by not many people, Shellharbour Woodcarvers will continue to promote this ancient art.

Our aim is to introduce Woodcarving to new members of the Shellharbour Group, safely and with the help of fellow members. A program is set up to provide them with initials exercises (projects) which gradually increase in difficulty. Whichever Group the person attends, initial help and explanation will be offered to them. Also offered will be the tools and timber required.

Before any exercise is attempted, the Convenor or his representative will explain the Safety Rules associated with the particular Group.
