About

25 year old musician (acoustic/folk), singer, songwriter and home studio recording artist. My style consists of acoustic/folk that can be upbeat and also very intimate.

I like to write and play music that is highly melodic and showcases emotion. I get influences from such artists as Ben Howard, Charlie Simpson, Boniver, Ed Sheeran and also bands such as Silverchair, Pearl Jam and Coldplay plus many others.

My main big passion in life is music from recording to playing music live it gives me a creative satisfaction that nothing else can give me and sharing that with others is my main drive.

I also record all my own music from home recording studio setup which gives me a lot of inspiration to share my music to the world.

My name is Joel Robards I'm 25 and from Kiama. I have been singing and playing guitar since the age of 12. I first started playing live music from the age of 14 and also record my own music. I also play the piano and drums for other musical projects that I play live with. I now play live music for a living and hope to keep it that way as it is my dream to become a professional singer/songwriter and performer.
