Carmel Liertz is Creator & Director of ‘Performance Confidence' – a boutique-style studio environment catering to individual needs and requirements. She offers Performance Confidence Coaching – individuals and small groups; Presenter – Talks / Seminars / Conferences for topics related to Performance & Presentation Confidence; Pianist & Accompanist – classical / jazz / theatre / improvisation / studio music.
Carmel enjoys a multiple portfolio as Performer, Presenter, Performance Coach, Researcher and Author with these interrelated areas always informing each other. Her diverse Performance background is reflected in unique music experiences she develops with others, or creates herself in unique settings. Likewise, Presentations aim to be inspirational with the positive comment afterwards, 'I feel inspired!', 'I feel confident!'
Her special research interest in the Performance/Stress/Health Triangle applicable to all performance-related areas has made her work as Performance Coach over the last 15 years increasingly in demand.
Carmel assists all types of people to gain or regain confidence for performance and presentation success or to overcome performance anxiety, depression, illness and injury trauma.
Carmel is a passionate advocate for a personalised, holistic (integrative) approach to individuals' needs and requirements. Using her signature 'mind-body awareness approach'© for skills areas necessary for performance confidence, she draws from Sport Performance’s highly successful mind-body training along with the latest health findings.
