DESCRIPTION:Visual Arts in the Valley is a 4 day arts festival taking place over the October Long Weekend in stunning Kangaroo Valley. The Festival takes place over multiple venues and includes: \nThe prestigious Kangaroo Valley Art Prize & Exhibition (open to artists across Australia)\nSalon de Refuses (featuring Local Kangaroo Valley Artists)\nKangaroo Valley Art Trail (featuring over 12 artists and their work throughout the Valley)\nArt Workshops\nInstallation in the Valley\nArt Talks and events \nAll taking place over the October Long Weekend from Fri 2 to Mon 5 October 2026.\nThis is a free art-filled long weekend suitable for all ages\, with special workshops and activities for kids. \nEntries for the the Kangaroo Valley Art Prize will open 1 June and close 31 August. \nArtsinthevalley.net.au/aitv2026\ninfo@artsinthevalley.net.au
