Visual Arts in the Valley

Visual Arts in the Valley is a 4 day arts festival taking place over the October Long Weekend in stunning Kangaroo Valley. The Festival takes place over multiple venues and includes:

The prestigious Kangaroo Valley Art Prize & Exhibition (open to artists across Australia)
Salon de Refuses (featuring Local Kangaroo Valley Artists)
Kangaroo Valley Art Trail (featuring over 12 artists and their work throughout the Valley)
Art Workshops
Installation in the Valley
Art Talks and events

All taking place over the October Long Weekend from Fri 2 to Mon 5 October 2026.
This is a free art-filled long weekend suitable for all ages, with special workshops and activities for kids.

Entries for the the Kangaroo Valley Art Prize will open 1 June and close 31 August.
